TommyW62: We found a sweet, nice, gentle dog this morning. After asking neighbors, we found out who it belongs to. We also found out that they let it run wild and do not take care of it. What do we do?
This questions hits on many moral issues. First you must ask yourself if you are ready to care for this dog, if the answer is yes, let the other family know that you have found it and that you would like to take it under your roof. If they want it back, inform them that if they do not care for it properly you will alert the authorities. Thank you for standing up for one of my dads little creatures!
